Product Advantages
The specific steps of a tungsten titanium alloy production method are as follows:
(1) Weigh a certain amount of tungsten powder and titanium powder, and mix it evenly under the protection of inert atmosphere, in which the mass percentage of tungsten powder is 10~65%;
(2) the mixed material made in step 1 is pressed into a blank by a mechanical press or a cold isostatic press;
(3) the blank made in step 2 is put into a vacuum sintering furnace for densification and sintering;
(4) The tungsten titanium material sintered in step 3 is cooled out of the furnace and smelted in a non-self-consumable vacuum electric arc furnace to obtain the product.
Compared with the existing production methods, the advantages of the tungsten titanium alloy manufacturing method are:
(1) The production process is simple and the operation is convenient;
(2) The mixed raw materials of tungsten and titanium powder, pressing, sintering and arc smelting are used for preparation, which can effectively solve the technical problems of low preparation efficiency of traditional tungsten and titanium alloy, and the material uniformity and impurity content are not easy to control;
(3) The mass percentage of tungsten titanium alloy material is 10~60%, which is suitable for batch preparation.
About the product
We use an innovative powder metallurgy production process to produce tungsten titanium sputtering targets. Tungsten titanium sputtering targets are available in a wide range of sizes up to 400 mm in diameter. We were also one of the first manufacturers to produce tungsten titanium, which can be used not only as a flat target, but also as a rotating target. The titanium content of our tungsten titanium targets is typically 10% by weight.
